If you have a question about your medical care, contact Member Services Team. One of the most exciting benefits of being a Torrance Hospital IPA member is the Self-Referral program. Direct referrals are made by your primary care provider, and you can often leave the doctor's office with the referral and an appointment to the specialist in hand.
